There will be a Brown Belt Academy at Newsong Church this Saturday, September 5.
We will cover:

- Sparring
- Situational Awareness Tactics
- Meditation
- Some Grappling and Ground Work
We will go over everything that you need to know to get your Black Belt and begin instructing other students.
