Traditional One Step’s

  1. Attacker:  Attack Chest
  2. Defender:  Step to the outside of the attackers position then perform and inside outside middle block to the attackers wrist, the grab the wrist and perform a front leg round house to the chest followed by a reverse punch to the temple.

  3. Attacker:  Attack Chest
  4. Defender:  Perform and inside outside kick to the attackers arm followed by a back leg, low to high roundhouse to the stomach.

  5. Attacker:  Attack to the head
  6. Defender:  Drop down into a left foot forward high block followed by a reverse punch to the face, then a jab to the stomach, ending with another reverse punch to the groin.

  7. Attacker:  Attack Chest
  8. Defender:  Step to the inside of the attacker performing a double knife hand block to the arm then grab the wrist with your left hand and perform a judo-chop with your right hand to the neck.

  9. Attacker:  Attack to the chest
  10. Defender:  Step to the outside of the attacker performing a double knife hand block to the arm then grab the wrist with your right hand and judo-chop with your left hand to the neck.

  11. Attacker:  Attack to the chest
  12. Defender: Step to the inside of the attacker performing a double knife hand block to the arm, with your right elbow, strike to the temple and step through the attacker.

  13. Attacker:  Attack the head
  14. Defender:  Perform a block to the inside of your opponent, wrap both hands around the arm and strike with your right knee to the chest.

  15. Attacker:  Attack to the chest
  16. Defender:  parry the attackers strike downward with your left hand followed by a backfist to the face with your right hand.

  17. Attacker:  Hammer fist to the head
  18. Defender:  Perform a scissor block then a black leg front kick to the chest.

  19. Attacker:  Under knife hand
  20. Defender:  Scissor block downward, parry to the left the opponents attack and perform a back leg roundhouse to the stomach.

  21. Attacker:  Attack the chest
  22. Defender:   Double knife hand block to the inside followed by a backfist to the face with your right arm then with the same hand a backfist to the ribs ending with a elbow to the temple with your left hand.

  23. Attacker:  Attack the head
  24. Defender:  Step back into a left foot forward front step while high blocking followed by a back leg front kick to the stomach.

  25. Attacker:  Attack to the chest
  26. Defender:  Outside inside crescent kick with your left leg followed by a spin back kick with your right leg.

  27. Attacker:  Hammer fist to the head
  28. Defender: Step into a left foot forward front stance while high blocking, with your right hand, go around attackers arm and grab your wrist a perform a figure four.

  29. Attacker:  Attack to the chest
  30. Defender:  Step to the inside of the attacker with a double knife hand block, turn all with way through facing away from the attacker, grab wrist with your left hand, elbow to the temple with your right arm.

  31. Attacker:  Attack to the chest
  32. Defender:  Defensive front leg front kick to the chest followed by a back leg roundhouse to the ribs.

  33. Attacker:  Hammer fist to the head
  34. Defender:  Perform and above the head scissor hand block, followed by a back leg front kick.

  35. Attacker:  Under hand hammer fist
  36. Defender:  Step to the right with a parry followed by a jab and reverse punch to the temple, ending with a roundhouse to the stomach.

  37. Attacker:  Attack to the head
  38. Defender:  Step to the outside of the attacker and with your right hand grab the wrist and perform a low round house with your right leg then without putting your leg down a round house to the ribs.

  39. Attacker: Attack to the head
  40. Defender:  Step to the inside with a double knife hand block, grab the wrist with your left hand then perform a elbow to the temple then end by having your arm behind the neck and performing a knee to the stomach with your right leg.
