First-Fighting Form

  1. face towards left with left foot forward fighting stance, then reverse punch
  2. jab, reverse punch
  3. face towards the right with right foot forward fighting stance, then reverse punch
  4. jab, reverse punch
  5. Face forward with left foot forward fighting stance, low block, and backfist with left hand then reverse punch with the right hand.
  6. Back leg front kick with right foot. Landing in a right foot forward fighting stance.
  7. Roundhouse kick with the left foot. Landing in a left foot forward fighting stance.
  8. Roundhouse kick with the right foot. Landing in a right foot forward fighting stance, Reverse punch KIA!!
  9. Sidekick with left foot towards the left.
  10. Step-up sidekick with left foot.
  11. face right side kick
  12. Step-up sidekick with right foot.
  13. Spin counter-clockwise 270 degrees landing in a left foot forward fighting stance, backfist with left hand, reverse punch with right hand.
  14. Back leg front kick with right foot, landing in a right foot forward fighting stance.
  15. Hoping front kick with right leg, landing in a right foot forward fighting stance, reverse punch KIA!!
  16. Spin 180 degrees landing in a left foot forward fighting stance
  17. Defensive jab with left-hand landing in a left foot forward fighting stance.
  18. Reverse punch KIA!!
